A3; This is an interesting one. I was discussing this with new RE coordinators today. We talked about differentiating faith formation for staff. Especially for beginning teachers. #SCSPEARL

In the Catholic School context, the standards also guide teachers in knowing the context and needs of the school, as well as the students. #SCSPEARL

A2 Professional standards assists and guides teachers to become proficient and lead teachers. Don't we want this in a Catholic school teacher too. Helps them focus on the student as an individual learner. #SCSPEARL

Q1: In the primary setting we explain to the kids, "in our Catholic School we can know and love Jesus" A nice way of putting it. Also, using Jesus as a model for our lives. #SCSPEARL
