Putin is a liberal, bourgeois nationalist who heads a Bonapartist system based on a perpetual balancing act which he performs between various different factions which exist within the Russian political system. These range from outright compradors to Eurasianists to some Soviet revivalists. Putin himself remains a Liberal technocrat who has been attempting to secure Russia as a successful capitalist power in the US run system. The US would not allow this and still won't be its what a lot of Russian ruling class factions still lean towards. Putins policy reflects this and its why he still wants some kind of bargain with the US and why he clings to this idea. Putin is not some kind neo-Stalin nor is he the next Peter the Great. He is a technocrat trying to create a stable Russian capitalism.

Antara idea untuk isu Rohingya (RHY) ni adalah perkenalkan Re-Education Program. -1 Task Force (TF) dibentuk membabitkan PDRM, ATM dan JIM atas nama Op DIDIK. - TF ni akan gempur kawasan majoriti RHY, dan bawa keluar semua isi rumah dan kumpul di dataran. - PDRM ,ATM, JIM perlu dapat greenlight untuk bertindak ‘ganas’ agar impak Op Didik dirasai. - Haramkan media dari membuat sebarang litupan. - RHY yang dihimpunkan, akan diajar untuk patuh undang-undang melalui ucapan etc etc. - Elemen penting untuk jayakan Op Didik ni, adalah tunjuk bahawa penguatkuasa Malaysia memang ganas dan kejam, dan tidak akan teragak agak untuk pecah rumah RHY dan heret semua kumpul kat padang. Ada idea lain?

Lalu mereka umumkan angkanya:
Untuk mengawal demo hari ini , 6.675 personel gabungan disiagakan.
Prediksi massa aksi?
Sekitar 300–500 orang di DPR/MPR.
Di Bundaran HI? 80–100 orang.
Rasionya: untuk 500 mahasiswa, negara siapkan hampir 13 aparat per orang.
Tiga belas.
Bukan untuk perang.
Bukan untuk bencana.
Untuk warga negara yang mau bicara.
Dan ini bukan pertama kali.
Jumat 12 Juni lalu ,4.151 personel untuk massa yang juga ratusan orang.
Setiap minggu angkanya naik.
Di saat yang sama, Polda mempersoalkan surat pemberitahuan , apakah mahasiswa sudah lapor sesuai UU No. 9 Tahun 1998 Pasal 10.
Tapi Kabid Humas Polda mengakui sendiri dalam konferensi pers hari ini: meski tanpa surat pemberitahuan, polisi tetap melakukan pengawalan.
Jadi surat itu wajib atau tidak?
Kalau tidak wajib , kenapa dipermasalahkan ke publik?
