@suchnerve I think the people who laugh at vulnerability were never really safe people to begin with. The people worth keeping around usually recognise the courage it takes to be honest about wanting connection.

Oh and to risk embarrassing myself for human connection is no true risk at all, because nobody whose opinion really matters would ever think less of another person for choosing the vulnerability of putting themself out there.

@callingjasmine Sometimes closure is just another way of asking the person who hurt you to make the pain make sense. And that puts control in their hands. Oftentimes, we already have the information we need.
