@NotaMatte @MaeTcg Both issues exacerbate each other, if one is fixed the other would be less of a headache but both together are a terrible problem.

Shrinking standard seems cool. I think it would also be cool to see what Standard would look like if it was expanded. Maybe all the way to Return to Ravnica?

@TogoresMTG I think that the right ban is phlage, it has basically no counterplay or play-around if not direct graveyard hate. Everything you do during the match helps oppo do phlage turn 4. I'm not saying it's overpowered but is just too much easy to deliver

Boros Energy has been king since MH3, I would ban Guide of souls 100% and then another card from the Phlage + Arena Combo or Ajani + Bombardment. Legacy: The format is fine, but could be a bit better. Tamiyo is the main target. Then banning the 2 Oops creatures.

Today is Banned & Restricted announcement day! Could be no changes, but with Modern season starting they might want to shake things up. Titan is a tough one to hit. Analyst and Mirrorpool have easy replacements. Lotus is an option, but Amulet is probably the right target. 1/2

I am not attending Paupergeddon this weekend, but if I did I'd probably play something like this, just because I am a bit sick of the stale meta and I like trying new combos. The base is the good old Jund Broodscale, but with the Devoted Pizza combo, so it can grind a bit.

@Ljumpstart12 @Card_Kingdom A player want to play with them. Only speculators don't. And btw, a reprint does not have the same value as an original.

It’s really tough it goes against the if everyone has them they are no longer cool mantra of collectibles since they go in every deck. But do you want to anger the people that have been playing for 25 plus years. Or the whales that bought them up and don’t participate in online discussions for MTG. I would keep them on the ban list.
