Why, at 7am this morning, did I have to wait 25 mins in -3° C for a tram to Victoria from Wythenshawe with the TFGM site, the Bee Network app & the timetable insultingly telling me that you were running a "Good Service"?

@BeeNetwork No, not "Good Network Service" Good would imply that it is running as intended, and considering trams are just not turning up (a single tram that was already later than usual just dropping off the timetable)... Or is this going to be the norm during cold weather?

@BeeNetwork Hi, can I get a confirmation as to why waiting 30 mins for a tram on the Airport Line (Victoria bound) with seemingly no ticket acceptance elsewhere due to trams not being able to leave a depot be classed as a Minor Delay?
Just so I can let my workplace know...again.

Airport, by the way, because it's always the Airport Line.
Didn't see any issues with the East Didsbury trams during that 15 min period.

So @BeeNetwork, since we keep loving to have these conversations, please tell me where in the "Police Incident at 4:30" it involved kicking a double tram worth of passengers off at Trafford Bar at 5:30 and telling them "Don't worry, get on the SINGLE tram 10 minutes later"?

Was the "Tram Fault" affecting the Altrincham Line between Victoria and Trafford Bar?
If "No" why have I wasted my early finish to get home no earlier than normal waiting 30 mins for an Airport Tram at Trafford Bar, @BeeNetwork?

@BeeNetwork Two days in a row of a "low-priority" Airport Line.
Another day of waiting 30+ min for a service.
Don't use the "speed restrictions" excuse. Other services have been running, even with delays.
Why is this Line significantly worse than the rest of the Network?

Any error on the network causing all trams to have their normal service, except the Airport Line doubling (or tripling) in wait times between services?
Must be a day ending in 'Y'...

@BeeNetwork in fact *that* tram has disappeared of the board as well. Looks like the board is only showing the timetable.
Can I get a response as to what's wrong here? There is a platform of confused passengers and no answers seem forthcoming.

@BeeNetwork is there a reason trams are just being taken off Airport Line this morning with 0 notice/announcements of issues?
Already got to Wythenshawe stop this morning at 7am to be waiting 17 mins instead of my usual 5 mins due to what I presume was a tram taken off the line.
