I signed up for Applovin, and my store was auto-suspended. It makes sense because of my product; it happens on meta and Google sometimes as well, but it always gets quickly reversed. I've been waiting for a week, and support hasn't gotten back to me once. Any help or connections? @AxonAdsManager

I cannot stand UGC creators like, actually... I messaged a dude with our creator's intro performance opportunity. I get they like base pay, he can say no, instead he says he needs something guaranteed, I say sorry we don't do that (like in a whole answer in context) His next message essentially says: "I don't want to do that because there is a high likelihood that I will make nothing from the performance because ads are luck... that's why I need something guaranteed." Like bro, just say you can't make good videos, and you know nothing about making ads, and move on... These people are unbearable 😆 not to mention he said he wants $500 for 2 videos and then 1 min later said 1k for 10, which is a 65% price cut per video...

What are people using for the most accurate attribution right now? Still Triple whale? Obviously, everything eventually mixes, and I'm not 100% accurate, but my meta broke 6 months ago and is 300-400% wrong, so been using triple whale, it's accurate, but wondering if there is anything better?

The single most important "trait" amongst successful people and businessmen is stress resilience and the ability to handle stress. Billionaires all have different strengths. The most typed piece of info at the high levels of ecom I hear all the time is always, "Build systems and delegate." If only someone actually could explain wtf that means, haha. Of course, it means hiring people better than you and creating SOPs and frameworks that allow people to integrate and run the business as smoothly as you would yourself. A lot easier said than done. Any advice on sourcing S-tier talent would be appreciated. I'm looking for an ELITE creative strategist. Yeah, marketing is probably the biggest bottleneck, and I tried hiring creative strategists 3-4 times; they were not good, so I reinserted myself to try to figure it out so I can train on it. Not sure if this is the best approach, but I'm not an expert hiring person, which tbh is probably my biggest weakness. Also, 4 other agencies also could not figure it out, so its proving to be actually hard to surpass this scale.

Respect the hustle. I'd add that sometimes the gap from $6M to $8M+ isn't more information. It's execution on what you already know. Most people at your level have the knowledge. What separates $6M from $10M+ is usually team, systems, and removing yourself as the bottleneck. Less learning, more delegating. Build the machine that runs without you, then scale it. Information won't get you there. Systems will.

Done over $7.5 million in ecommerce sales, which is by no means a big number compared to a lot of these dudes on here, but it's very solid. The brand I'm running now is doing numbers, and I've learned sooo much from running it, but I just want to learn more. I want to be better... the best. I've done a bunch of mentorships, all of which have massively progressed me. I'm now at a point where I'm going to go to 1 mill a month and then past that very quickly if I can learn a little more about systems and the process of scaling a big brand to 8figs/y. I reverse engineer every agency we work with, what they do, I study people and brands, and constantly look for new info to crack this shit. I've helped other friends for free make hundreds of thousands a month as well. I know ecom at a high level, but I'm trying to go higher. I've been kind of plateaued at a huge number 6m/y but I want to get to the big, big leagues. I really sit with myself and analyze what information or skills I'm missing and try to chase that every day. *5 am thoughts 😄

I work on ads all the time, we test offers often, my partner does landers and cro, we have subs and everything else you say. Only one we cant do at the moment is lower cogs and SKUs is a tough one with the nature of our product. We need to decide a direction for the brand, because it won't be the same as the hero product.

@OfficialTalB Curious where you split your focus now between cac though offers, ads, landers or ltv though subs, adding skews, email&sms or lowering cogs. Seems at big enough scale just working on the right thing can make all the difference
