One of my mates was telling me they had exactly the same issue.
Just sets a dangerous precedent about game ownership really. Sad.
Although I do understand they gave some notice about this, I did not hear about this at all until just now, when trying to login and play 😭
Okay upon further investigation it didn't get stolen, it just didn't get migrated so has now been lost to time.

There's a bunch of emails from 2022-2023 sent to an old email address associated with the account telling me I needed to migrate it

Genuinely can't grasp how Pizza Hut charge £30 for a pizza in their sit-down restaurants.
You can walk in and collect the same pizza for less than 1/3 of the price...
Lots of fond memories of the place even though lots of them have closed down over the years.

@NatWest_Help It even says in the letter:
"all of the usual card info is on the back", which isn't really true in this case.
After speaking to one of your support team over the phone, they were able to provide me with my sort code and account number
@NatWest_Help Hi Cathy, this page didn't come up when I applied for the account. In fact I didn't get any page to confirm I had finished the application at all.
Just a very confusing experience and I'm confused why this info wasn't sent out via email/post if it isn't listed on the card!

I need to register for online banking to do this, but it is asking for my sort code.
My debit card doesn't have a sort code on it?
How am I meant to do this?
