CEO Of BAIC Tells Workers They Can Leave If Inhappy. This Is After They Reduced Hourly Wages From R114 To R48 Workers at Nelson Mandela Bay have raised concerns following claims that the CEO of BAIC South Africa told employees they were free to leave if they believed R48 per hour in the motor industry amounted to cheap labour.

@azania1023 Money exchanged hands and was decieved to believe that Vuyo wanted his position as leader of the Church. This they thought if rebuked and invoke it will result in the church membership turning against Vuyo as would have been the case in ANC

Who has the background story here, why would the President of ATM humiliate Vuyo Zungula like this in front of church members… Worse in the presence of his father who is an elder in the church. Did Vuyo do something wrong ?

@AyeeNdeM That is not disputed but that doesnt mean anyone should break the law. what if Adams has concealed information that could lead to the arrest of those Senior Police, Crime Intelligence, Politicians and Business people that were behind Magaqa's murder.

BREAKING NEWS : 🚨🚨🚨🚨 Family of Sindiso Magaqa has issued scathing attack on the NPA. The family called the arrest of the Fidel Adam’s a side show! The family further said! There is evidence that police and crime intelligence police were involved in the murder of Sindiso Magaqa in that the killer was transported by the police vehicle and the fire arm used was also provided by the police!

Why no arrangements was made with his legal team to had himself. He was not arrested on a crime scene carrying a knife or gun this is abuse by police. Whatever the merits of the case but abuse must never be supported.

This is wrong in all respects. That's what the apartheid regime did to Steve Biko. It might be nice to your ears and eyes for now but this is inhumane and disrespectful. Who's this guy? A murderer or an honorable member of parliament who went about doing what he's elected to do?

Whistleblower Patricia Mashale has publicly come out in support of MP, Fadiel Adams, following his arrest, declaring in a series of Facebook posts that she is not afraid of being arrested herself for speaking out. In the strongly-worded posts, Mashaile defended Adams, questioned the legality and manner of his arrest, and suggested that the developments could ultimately force long-standing allegations linked to the murder of former ANC Youth League secretary-general Sindiso Magaqa into the public spotlight. Mashaile claimed that Adams’ arrest may unintentionally create an opportunity for affidavits and allegations surrounding the Magaqa assassination to be tested and interrogated in open court. According to her posts, she believes there has been an effort to suppress the truth about who allegedly ordered the killing, but argued that recent events may now expose information that she says has been hidden from the public for years. She further alleged that Adams was unfairly targeted and raised concerns about alleged procedural irregularities during his arrest, including claims that neither Adams nor his legal team were initially presented with a warrant. Mashaile also suggested that the matter has racial and political undertones, arguing that coloured politicians are often stereotyped and treated differently within the justice system. Adopting a defiant tone throughout her posts, Mashaile said authorities could “arrest all of us” if they wanted to, but insisted that arresting individuals would not silence what she described as “the truth and the evidence.” She maintained that being arrested does not amount to guilt and said she would continue standing with Adams regardless of the consequences. Her comments have since sparked strong reaction online, with supporters rallying behind the #JusticeForSindisoMagaqa campaign, while others have criticised the remarks as inflammatory and politically charged. @pule_jones @DasenThathiah

PKTT members could have fetched Fadiel Adam's using a flight. It would have only taken 90 mins Instead they decided to drive slowly with him. (A normal drive from CPT to Durban takes 17 hours) They deliberately drove 34 hours with him in handcuffs This was personal😭🤣🤣

@IrvinJimSA @AdvoBarryRoux There is no humiliation here. Adams knew he was expected to appear in court and failed to attend thus a warrant of arrest was issued against by the court for his disregard. Once a warrant of arrest is issued by a court after failing to appear police are instructed to fetch you.

Honestly let Mkhwanazi know in as much as we support his decisiveness in dealing with crime, if it’s true that Mr Adams regardless of what ever law he broke I don’t think it was necessary to drive him in a police van all the way from Cape Town to KZn humility is key from Police!!
