The @Optum HSA portal is so unbelievably bad. If you happen to have a second employer still there from a previous job, the bank account leaks over to the new employer but not actually connected. The trial deposits never trigger to connect bank accounts. Unreal.

I have been sitting here for an hour waiting for bloodwork, @Optum recently took over this clinic and it’s worse than I ever thought it would be.
Check in via an app (no human contact).
Then have front desk (after 25 minutes) to confirm the doctor requesting the lab work.
6 months ago, you would fill out a slip of paper and hand it to the front desk. Total wait time was 30 minutes - at worst.
Just heard them tell a man it would be another 90 minutes before they will see him….
This is progress? Looking to see if I can find a new doctor outside of this awful system.

@Optum has the best service. Today after trying for 40 minutes (not the first time struggling with their HSA portal), I'm told they are having an issues and I need to send in a voided check to link to my bank. Glad to see we are still in the 1990's @Optum If your employer uses OPTUM for your HSA, RUN!!!!

I had the most irritating call today with a very pleasant @Optum associate. They were great, but totally clueless. I need back office support on a @Betterment transfer to my HSA. Original request was 1/6. Stop holding my money hostage!

The amount of time I’ve wasted this morning enabling @Optum Engage to finally get someone on the phone to tell me there’s an issue with activity tracking connections and there is no timeline for a resolution after sending an email requesting I enable Optum Engage is incredible.
