Civil service chief operating officer, Cat Little, has appeared before the public administration and constitutional affairs committee to discuss the pensions crisis. The Government has said it would cost £99 billion to nationalise the water sector, but refusing shareholders compensation would put the cost of public ownership of water well below this. The true cost in law is closer to zero. Putting water companies into special administration brings them one step closer to being in public hands. Let's take back our water.

The crisis in #pension administration is also affecting already-retired scheme members. While retired members’ monthly payments have not been interrupted, many members with service in the relevant years must have their pension accounts changed as part of the McCloud Remedy.
