Started yesterday around 20:00 UTC and is visible from 430 - 440 MHz, this will make UHF obs a challenge. At the moment no idea what is causing this interference. Someone an idea ? #amsat #cubesat

53002 meldingen dat Viaplay niet werkt. Dat is 53002 klanten van 13 Euro per maand ofwel 6 miljoen euro per jaar die geen Michael kunnen kijken.

@victor_boesen Thanks for sharing. Being active with strf tools to identify satellites from their transmitted signals I was looking for something to cover this range. I ordered 5 pieces of this version, to test and compare with the helical antennas I am using now.

I designed a 2x2 1.7GHz patch array using CST and Keysight ADS📡 At this frequency and substrate thickness, the efficiency is quite poor, but it still picks up L-band satellites without a problem!! If, for any reason, you want this antenna yourself, see my comment on this post⬇️

@amsat_sm The diameter sets frequency and number of turns sets gain / opening angle. No scaling applied when printing?

Hmmmmm.... It should have a center frq at 2.2 GHz but is now aprox 1.7 GHz....

Discovered an old lady still transmitting after being 35 years in space and only 7 kHz off from the original frequency :-) db.satnogs.org/satellite/DQBR… Found in my strf observations recorded on Pluto with RHCP helical, bpf and preamp.
