@ThinkX9 @PressSec @VP @IBM Yes, it’s about ethical conduct of people in an Org that makes or breaks it. It’s damning if this is happening in such a Co like @IBM handling US behemoths like ATT. Ship loads from India -same caste, language, state in the garb of low cost replacing Americans 😁. Unfortunate!

An ethical Co should’ve noticed it and corrected long time ago. Partner or leader of this Account or other - whoever heads this should’ve been investigated & sacked for flushing out Americans & having his sidekicks fill in. But will fool the system by retrenching lower rung employees while surrounding themselves with their senior bandicoots.

@ThinkX9 @PressSec @VP @IBM Questionable. Something is really wrong! A US Co servicing US clients serving US consumers don’t have Americans to do the job. But, needs workers to be shipped from India. How does a Co allow this to happen through certain expat leader?

It’s the usual playbook. A sector/BU leader moves into US, enjoys unfettered privilege, tangos with offshore protege, ensures all are shipped into to replace jobs of Americans. Ensures power & growth with no resistance for years in a unit; perhaps establishes kingdom within. All from similar state/caste/language. Typically, even those heading GCC of client will also be from the same state -mutual sharing of business to keep jobs. Not innovation but running low cost imported employment. Maybe, another way of doing business. 🤦🏽‍♂️

@ThinkX9 @PressSec @VP Is it true @IBM ? It could be happening as in other Co’s- Indian A/c leader create his/her cohort replacing Americans. Pretty sure it will be all who worked together at offshore & will be same leaders for years in the same accounts. A cosy club replacing natives at low cost.

@PressSec @PressSec @VP Looks like argument that American jobs being taken away has substance. A US friend was mentioning even in American Co’s like IBM (if true) in servicing client A/c’s like AT&T all natives have been replaced by Indians ‘cept a couple left. Contd..1/2

@Delhiuniversit @ugc_india Is Principal of St. Stephens College continuing despite it being illegal & in contravention of the set rules of reappointment? Govt Org’s not able to enforce their rules is baffling & shocking while it’s thrust on other colleges across the country.

@AbhishBanerj It’s a shame @UnivofDelhi & @ugc_india hasn’t been able to defend their rules followed by all Uni/colleges across the country in the courts against public funded St. Stephen’s. This despite having cases filed by candidates with data that uses interviews to compromise merit.

So, this public funded college seeks to defy @UnivofDelhi rules for UG admissions for minority cat. They want to select their “preferred/connected” candidates compromising merit selected thru’ CUET CSAS. @ugc_india @EduMinOfIndia How is this tampering of merit acceptable?

@DG_NTA How is it that CUET test centres are insisting on Aadhar & Aadhar authentication when any ID mentioned in Bulletin/Admit card is enough? Many are harassed & not able to attend as their fingerprints aren’t captured due to various conditions like Hyperhydrosis. @ugc_india

@ugc_india @UnivofDelhi Is the Illegally reappointed Principal still in office & public paying his salary while the college brazenly violates UGC & DU rules? What message does it give to other institutions across the country? Can they also decide to not follow UGC rules?

St. Stephen’s college seems to be misleading & in violation of @UnivofDelhi rules of 2023-24 admissions & contempt of HC Judgement. They are as per the HC Judgement required: 1. To follow the norms & procedures of University. 2. The permission was given for 2022-23. @ugc_india

Stephen’s taking @UnivofDelhi & @ugc_india to court this year again is sheer arrogance. DU & UGC is right in disallowing interviews under CUET for minority seats in line with the Gen seats upholding merit & Right to Equality in opportunity(Article 14-18) 1/6
