Someone in editorial decided that I was Adani unfriendly and dropped me from the channel invite list. Thereafter when again asked to appear on their channel, I refused. I am on record defending the Supreme Court’s decision to look into the matter of whether the NCERT chapter was deliberately manipulated. That issue being addressed the matter must rest. Overkill destroys even a correct argument. Law students should be free to examine and comment on any decision of the courts. Lord Atkin in (Ambard v Attorney-General for Trinidad and Tobago [1936] AC 322, [1936] 1 All ER 704): wrote, “Justice is not a cloistered virtue: she must be allowed to suffer the scrutiny and respectful even though outspoken comments of ordinary men.” I respectfully concur.

🚨 A word of caution for Honda car owners in Bangalore. @Honda @HondaCarIndia I gave my Honda City e:HEV for service at Dakshin Honda on March 4th, 2026. TPMS installation was part of the service request. They confirmed it was done. I paid ₹10,949 in addition to regular service When I got my car back — the TPMS had NOT been installed. What followed was worse: ❌ Followed up from the very next day and explained the issue ❌ The Service Manager stopped picking up my calls ❌ Escalated to Honda India Customer Care ❌ Honda India simply forwarded it back to Dakshin Honda ❌ Nearly 3 weeks later — no installation, no refund, no accountability This isn't a service lapse. This is being charged for work that was never done — and then being stonewalled when you raise it. Rs. 10K is not a big money. This raises question on what is the authenticity of the service. Usually they say, we repaired, replaced particular oil or part. There is no way, we can verify it. When the customer trust is broken, brands disappear. I have been using various Honda vehicles from 2000. This is something i never experienced so far. I'm sharing this publicly because the internal escalation channels have failed. Bangalore is a shitty city. I genuinely don’t get why people move to Bangalore anymore. It's a city full of garbage, traffic, potholes, no jobs, rent is incredibly high, they don't understand Hindi and people aren't friendly either. It's better if people choose another city and avoid moving to Bangalore. You would be much happier avoiding Bangalore. You can thank me later.

Haven’t you still realised that you are almost non-existent in most states with no grassroots leaders because of this?

The recent cross-voting by Congress MLAs in the Rajya Sabha elections held in Haryana, Odisha, and Bihar is very unfortunate and condemnable. Our leaders, Mr. @RahulGandhi and Mr. @kharge are fighting a battle to save democracy. At such a time, it is beyond understanding how MLAs are daring to cross-vote despite showing their ballots. This reminded me of the Rajya Sabha elections held in Rajasthan in 2022, in which we showed our commitment to the party high command and the party. Despite having 102 Congress MLAs, 126 MLAs voted in favor of the Congress Rajya Sabha candidates, even though the Congress observer could not see the votes of these 24 additional MLAs. Without any greed or temptation, this was possible only because of the goodwill created by the high command's trust in us. Now, the urgent need is felt for changing the voting rules in the Rajya Sabha elections. If any MLA votes against the party in the Rajya Sabha election, their membership should be cancelled. The process of voting merely by showing the ballot is now proving insufficient to stop the horse-trading taking place in Rajya Sabha elections.
