Minimizes risks and also often permits tapering steroids, with simular short term aleviating effect on symptoms. Then MIS.

Incredibly important study. The elephant in the room. Do clinical trials actually provide the justification to treat patients the way we do. The whole “off label” discussion is misconstrued. Pretty much every pt we treat is off label because they would not have been eligible for a trial. The RCTs give us basic safety and efficacy signals. We need more flexibility when we use these therapies in real world practice.
