🚨I've wanted to write this story for 30 years. Life kept getting in the way — kids, companies, the usual excuses. But I finally did it. 🚨 My first book, Driven, launches in 8 days. One of the things I'm most proud of about our teams, is that when we had the best talent, we won. There were no "teams-of-the-century" that lost in the playoffs. When you have talent, its all about finishing. Coaches and players need to be locked in, the locker room cannot be divided, and no matter the outside distractions with recruiting, parents, stats, etc. everyone must play together and be all in.

One of my favorite parts of coaching has nothing to do with the games, and everything to do with the relationships. These guys, and the rest of the kids I coached mean so much to me. And this group was pretty good at football too.
