Northern Virginia on average is 30% foreign born NOT including illegals. I moved away, but before I did often times when I went anywhere I was the only white person. Barely ever heard English last few months in the area. It used to be very evenly diverse but now it just looks like a foreign country. You see more of other nations flags than American flags.
