Saturday 27th of January sees us celebrate our 7th birthday! During that time, we have had 5,617 people participate in our lovely event and 537 amazing volunteers. There have been many friendships made and even a parkrun wedding!! Come and help us celebrate 🎂🎉 #parkrun

This weekend parkrun is joining the celebrations marking 75 years of our NHS. Participants are encouraged to wear NHS blue or fancy dress to mark the occasion. Come and join us at Phoenix to parkrun for NHS. #loveparkrun

We are collecting ‘bags for life’ for the @RuncornFoodbank today. Not food - just bags. Please bring along any you have spare. See you soon. #loveparkrun
