@lufthansa has lost my suitcase, and refuses to help find it because I cannot enter a request in their broken reporting system. I'm on round 5 with customer relations who keep telling me the same thing. Truly the worst airline I have ever dealt with

@nectar No, I don't accept that. I have several bank services both personal and corporate that manage to do this. Your requirements are unlikely to be more stringent than theirs so it really is up to you to look again.

@Piers Hi Piers. Nectar is a UK based loyalty scheme, so for security and safety, only customers based in the UK can download and use the app. If you don't want to change your Google region, you can access your account via our website at necatr.com. Hope this helps! Kelly

@nectar -I'm extremely disappointed the Nectar App is regionalised. My Google region is set to New Zealand, meaning that I cannot download and install your App - why is this a problem? Why should you care when I'm clearly in the UK, trying to use your App to shop in your stores?
