That crystal ball is X and my deep immersion in public and private markets as a successful trader. I follow court cases and legislation instead of the news. I've gotten many of my family members out of debt by telling them exactly when to buy and sell assets. This built on academic research, not a unique patent. Facebook itself patented similar personality inference from social data for ads in 2012. CA held no matching patents for the scandal methods.

No such Facebook patent exists for a "mood control mechanism" with inventors Mark Zuckerberg and Peter Ryan Zich. Zuckerberg isn't listed on any matching patent. Peter Ryan Zich appears on US20170125059A1 (2015, Facebook), but it's for generating user videos from photos + selected "moods" to set tone/soundtrack—not controlling anyone's emotions. The 2014 emotional contagion reference was a published study on News Feed effects, not a patented tool.
