@ProvilacMilk Kindly do better job in quality control of your protein coffee. I have raised three tickets in last few weeks regarding the taste of protein coffee feel different. I have opened one more ticket today.(T-102434).

@ProvilacMilk I have been an active subscriber of your milk and I have not faced any quality issues. I use my wife's account and I recently ordered Mango flavoured milk and it was not delivered. I raised a ticket and money was refunded. To my surprise the amount refunded was 120 but the actual price is 130. For this I had to raise another ticket. This can't be a human error because all this gets done via system This raises serious concern on the ETHICS on how you operate? Most of us who are regular subscribers do not necessarily check the statement on month end. It's not about 10 Rupees. It's about the trust which you have clearly lost. I have cancelled my subscription. Hope you and your founder take this feedback. To all provilac subscribers, if it can happen to me it can happen to you as well. #provilac #highproteinmilk

Next 2 day’s prep is done 2 days only because @ProvilacMilk shelf life is so low I’m ok with some preservatives to make it 7 days Seriously
