@qatarairways @F1 Can I have a timeline of when I can expect a response? Days? Weeks? Months? There must be a lot of cases needed review if I have had to wait this long already.

@qatarairways hey @qatarairways your local call center that is supposed to be available 24/7 is unreachable! A delay is understandable but not respecting the passenger with real treatment and clear answers this is something I can't understand especially from @qatarairways

@qatarairways No I'm sure you won't provide the assistance I need . I have been trying for our hour's to get clear information though different channels (WhatsApp, phone, Messenger) and it's chaotic For the information too exhausted to communicate them again dine it already several times

@qatarairways I received an answer by email this week from customer services to say it was closed. It did not indicate who reviewed my case.
