@mslipstick76 Transactions change from authorized to posted once the transaction has been settled and posted to your account. If you have any questions regarding a transaction, please call 1-800-769-2512, or send a message through the RBC Mobile app (sign in > help icon > Chat Now) ^S

@RBC - The dates shown on web/app for POSTED Transactions are not accurate. If merchants have not collected the funds, shouldn’t the authorized transactions remain under PENDING transactions? For data integrity, I hope this gets addressed soon.

@RBC i’ve called you and got ai idiot and then a live person that disconnected from me. I’m trying to advise one of your branches that I’m about to receive a large amount of money from a sale of a property. Do you guys want that 200K or should I send it to a different bank!

@RBC This is just me complaining about your brutally slow process to replace the security token for my business account. Applied on Feb 13. Still waiting. Multiple visits to my branch and phone calls to find out - they are very behind is the answer given. A month of not being able to pay my bills unless it’s through e-transfer. Terrible customer service here!!

@LightingUp62734 Hi there, these screenshots appear to be fake. We would only refer to something as a transfer to HSBC if funds were actually being sent to an account still held with HSBC outside of Canada (as HSBC still exists outside of Canada). We also would spell it "bank", not "back". ^R

@RBC Is HSBC’s information still appearing on the RBC official website? Someone sent me these to prove that the international wire transfer from RBC has already received by my us bank JPMorgan Chase. Would RBC Royal Bank ever spell ‘destination bank’ as ‘destination back’?

@RBC i’m legitimately trying to find out my credit card balance. I’ve called in six times to 1 800 number and every time it says it’s gonna connect me with a client representative it hangs up on me. What am I to do?
