For our wellbeing themed INSET, some of the RHS staff decided to join our session on 'The Science of Soap-making'. Soap (melt and pour base) and bath bombs were made for participants to take home, followed by some 'actual science'. #PartOfRHS

We want to thank @PhilParkes4 and MSc students @CUConservation for their virtual presentations to our sixth formers on Wednesday as part of #BSW24! We heard about Analytical equipment used in Conservation with examples using real heritage objects! We certainly learned a lot 😍

...Created his own method and conducted the experiment collecting data to analyse and conclude, explaining his results and if it proved his hypothesis. He then went on to create an eye catching and informative display board and answer questions from industry experts - WOW.
