@_carmen_dioxide I wish someone would simply ask platner how a bill becomes a law it or what he thinks a Senator does all day

@JanetMillsforME Stay the course and ignore the internet mob. Platner is a terrible candidate, and normal Maine voters dont' support him, certainly not publicly. That's why DSA saboteurs, basement misogynists & foreign troll farms are trying to bully you into dropping out before the first debate

Folks don't realize how bad it's getting. Every facet of Jewish life is now actively targeted by the conspiratorial activist/academic/Islamist coalition. Synagogues shot up, kids' summer camps defamed & threatened, mobs roaming through Toronto's Jewish neighourhoods, and now this
B'nai Brith Canada@bnaibrithcanada

A coordinated campaign is now targeting Jewish schools in Toronto and Montreal by pressuring the Canada Revenue Agency to strip them of their charitable status. The target may be schools, but the objective is much broader, to intimidate Jewish families and erode Jewish life in Canada. Thousands of Canadian students attend these schools to receive an education rooted in Jewish identity, faith and community. They should not become political targets because activists oppose the existence of a Jewish homeland. This is part of a growing pattern of double-standards in which Jewish institutions are singled out, pressured and forced to defend their right to exist. We call on @FP_Champagne and the federal government to publicly reject this meritless complaint and make clear that Canada’s tax system cannot be weaponized against Jewish communities. B’nai Brith Canada will stand with every institution facing this harassment and will fight every effort to disrupt Jewish life in this country.

@BernieSanders Oh Bernie, Platner is his own attack ad. It's not an "attack" to simply restate Platner's own words and show his nazi tattoo. You might also take a moment to notice that he has no qualifications and is a pathological liar. You've completely lost the plot supporting this imbecile.

The Democratic establishment spent millions on negative ads against Platner. The Republican establishment is spending millions on negative ads against Platner. Why? Not complicated. Because Graham is taking on oligarchy and fighting for the working people of Maine and the U.S.

@RachelBitecofer But without primaries, how would Democratic voters learn to viscerally despise each other, and how would future primary losers get scouted to be talking heads on circular firing squad cable TV news panels to help ensure Democrats hyperfocus on issues Americans don't care about?

@AngryLevantine The "Ashkenormative" thing is just another weird cringe-inducing attempt, wrapped in the veneer of academic jibber jabber, to generalize and "whiten" diaspora Jews for the sole purpose of justifying even more prejudice and bigotry, as if we're not receiving enough of that yet.

@johnpavlovitz "Implosion as a human being"? You gained a following for being first to market with your mostly thoughtful and gentle progressive online pastor/author commentary shtick. Was that all just audience capture so you could pivot to dehumanizing those you disagree with?

@YWNReporter Incredible naivety - Mamdani is primarily motivated and promoted by the anti-Jewish protest movement targeting the Jewish diaspora wherever it can find them. He built his entire persona and career around it. Of course he vetoed. He wanted to veto the house of worship buffer too.

OUTRAGE: After helping propel Zohran Mamdani into power, the Satmar (Aharonim) leadership — led by Moshe Indig — is now suddenly crying foul after Mamdani vetoed a bill that would have allowed NYPD “buffer zones” to protect schools during protests. The legislation was specifically meant to shield Yeshivas, Shuls, and children from increasingly aggressive and chaotic demonstrations tied to the Gaza war. Now, after backing him, Indig and his allies are protesting the very consequences many warned about — as the veto leaves Jewish institutions without added protection.

@KevinVuongxMP I just recently finally lost what I've referred to for 14 years as "my wife's baby weight" and can fit back into a previous generation of clothing comfortably. Beware the leftover mac and cheese that goes with being a parent in western democracies.

Dan Goldman is unleashing his massive personal fortune into this race. A blatant attempt to buy this election and subvert the will of NY-10 voters. He may have the money, but we have the people. Can’t thank @ewarren enough for coming to NYC to support our grassroots movement.

@TerryWatkinsJr1 Having read so much lefty activist discourse lately, in a sad sign of the times I initially read Harlo's statement as referring to "social murder square," which I assumed was what lefty activists advocating for "social murder" had renamed the quad at some ivy league university.

@Ranger22421 @adam_louis52328 I feel like today's classical antisemitism is nauseating but not a big threat, while antizionism is a highly organized, very well-funded global hate movement that's animated by the idea of inflicting real-world punishment on Jews everywhere and achieving political power to do so.

The denial tactic that has become so deeply familiar today — "I'm not antisemitic; I'm just antizionist" — ends the day we decide that being antizionist is also wrong. There's no need to accuse someone of being a hidden antisemite, motivated by a general hatred of Jews beneath their specific anti-Israel racism, to declare that the antizionist hate movement itself is unacceptable. That's the first step — and there's nothing to lose by doing it.

@knish_of_death I call it JewAnon, and they're as far down their rabbit hole as MAGA and QAnon. I don't know if it will ever face real societal scrutiny since history and facts are essentially online popularity contests now, and bad actors and their followers outnumber those committed to truth.

Years from now, books will be written about large swaths of the left fell victim to large scale foreign influence campaigns that poisoned their movements and organizations. We've just spent the last 4 years watching the left go through its own MAGA 2016 routine.

@HowardA_AtLaw MA's Democratic politicians routinely enable and often encourage antisemitic talking points and perspectives, possibly more than Dems from any other state. They're soaked in it. Really disappointing to realize this, but I can only fault my own naivete for not seeing it sooner.

E-Lie-zabeth Warren was asked about Graham Cracker's *literal* praise of Hamas (of its terror attack on civillans, he said "I dig it") and shrugged it off. MA, can you please get a senator who does *not* approve of the SS or terrorist groups?

@RachelBitecofer @cwebbonline Anti-Israel activists now label donors as "AIPAC adjacent" and "AIPAC aligned," which is polite lefty society's way of saying "Jewish money," which most Dems are throwing away in a financial and electoral FAFO event that's an incredible gift to the GOP.

@cwebbonline In fact, the numbers that these AIPAC memes show is contrived by lumping in individual donors to AIPAC who have also given a candidate. This is inflating each number by 3Xs. AIPAC is an inconsequential donor block- they are small change.

@adam_louis52328 If it were a few bad apples, we'd see the antizionist movement clearly state that its adherents should leave the Jewish diaspora alone, but instead they justify and contextualize antizionist attacks against Jews, tell us we are valid targets, and tell us to stop whining.

@adam_louis52328 Antizionism is clearly a hate movement as evidenced by the fact that antizionists are the perps of almost all anti-Jewish hate-motivated massacres, shootings, stabbings, arson, synagogue attacks, car attacks, bullying, harassment, boycotting, and exclusion for the past few years.
