Outsource to a prep centre!! @FBA_Geeza handles all of my returns at Prep4u + most outbound stuff, my admin VAs decide what gets done with each one and I never even have to think about it. 80%+ of returns are sent back in to Amazon to have full value recovered. Dealing with this stuff yourself is tedious and time consuming, time that’s better spent sourcing and enjoying life 😉

Been in ghost mode the last 4-5 weeks The first 3 months of this year has been absolutely crazy. Met up with a few FBA people who are doing 6 figure months and some even 7 figures which really opened up my eyes on so many levels. I’ve decided I’m heading back to England and to get a warehouse. Got so many returns and I can save a bit on prepping since I now have a bit more time to do some myself. I wana build an Operations Base for my businesses and while the uk rn isn’t as good as it could be rn, It’s still home and I kinda miss it too 🤣 Oh and I’m only 27k from doing 6 figures In 30 day 🥳💪

Very very very important you are aware of your numbers and how this new 3.5% fuel surcharge on referral fees will affect your bottom line On your IL/SB P&L you have a line item called Amazon Referral Fee (near the top of Expenses on IL) Take that number x 0.035 (3.5%) to see what you would have paid had this change been in effect last month For us that number is nearly $2,000 extra!!! We are baking in an additional 25 cents onto Selleramp misc fee to account for this moving forward Easy to want to complain but the only thing you can truly do about it is increase your sourcing parameters and simply just make more money

The Amazon FBA opportunity has never been more wide open. We're at a trade show in Cologne right now. Thousands of product suppliers, but ZERO other FBA sellers. So please keep trying dropshipping and TikTok shop, we're loving it here.

This is the perfect time to announce my $9,000 a month mentorship program. You pay me and I’ll post awesome pictures on the timeline.
Saul@SaulSellsStuff

I post a great deal of what I am up to on X, from the businesses I run to my struggles. Even the exact process I use to source products. I get DMs fairly routinely asking about paying me to mentor or coach 1:1, sometimes offering thousands of dollars. I have never charged anyone to get on a call with me directly, or to answer a question in a DM. I have done hundreds of hours of free calls since 2018. In 2019 I started a "coaching" group if you want to call it that, its really a community of sellers who help each other. Its the only mentorship I sell and its $149 a month. It was entirely focused on Amazon for a long time but over the last couple of years we have included Walmart, eBay, Lego, and some other things in there as markets have shifted. This is not a for Saul to get rich group, I see a lot of coaching and mentorship programs out there (mostly on IG) that charge a lot of money. Most of the time I take no paycheck from the group, its not priced high enough for that. I pay my bills from selling physical products on the internet. We give you hours of 1:1 calls, complete access to our software stacks, calls with large sellers, mindset work, AI processes, etc. No big upsells, no tiers, its all included. No ads, no VSLs, no emails. We get daily signups through word of mouth and folks stick around for an average of two years. Their is a reason over 5,000 people have come through, watched our videos, use the tools, schedule calls. The team is large and exists to help, whether thats for a couple months or years. Many are full time sellers doing 7 /8 figures and started as members themselves. They don't get paid enough honestly for all the work they do. I wrote this because I got a cold IG DM earlier pitching me a $5,000 mentorship. That is 33 months of @thebuyboxio access and I am confident we far exceed your expectations and 99% of high priced courses too. I should say we are not a cook group. You won't get blasted with leads, although you do get access to @FlipAlert. We build you up as a business through mentoring, relationships, and realistic approaches to whatever path you have chosen. I won't promise you millions in revenue, Amazon is hard, ecom is hard. If scale is your goal I know we can help, but its designed for any level of seller. Their are easier businesses to start, but its the hard we have chosen.

@mindofachaser With respect to your success, telling people burnout isn't real is dangerous. I bought into this mindset and it cost me my mental health. Burnout is a WHO-recognized condition where prolonged cortisol exposure physically stops the brain from functioning normally. It’s about human

Burnout is fake! I don’t believe in it. It’s just a matter of how bad you want it, and how good you are at getting to your goal. Simple as that. Can you spiral out of control? For sure. Guess what? That’s on you! When it’s all said and done today, I will likely work 14-15 hours. By my calculations I’ll also NET ~$3,035.82 💸 Started my day at 7 am. I was supposed to be out of my DT office today at 9am so I can go into the field and do a few service calls. In the field td I’ll NET $1,094.80 💸 *If you’re new to my page, I’m all about transparency with ups, downs and numbers, hence the anon account. It’s 11:12 AM as I write this rn. I’m still in the office fulfilling orders. Ordered about $4-5,000 worth of parts that are worth around $13,300. 📦 Fixed and tested a few parts I have in stock that I need to fulfill. *shoutout trial & error + ChatGPT for me becoming an expert at these random electrical parts that I had no idea about 1-2 years ago. How did I get into this business/part of my enterprise? I’ll elaborate further in a long introduction tweet one day when I have time. But long story short. ⏱️ One of my customers asked if I have ____ part. I lied and said “yes”. They said “cool we’ll take 20.” I said “no problem” as I 💩 myself. Spent about 5-6 hours online scrounging the internet for these parts. Found x25 of them from multiple suppliers. Paid $6,000 out of pocket, with no idea how much I can sell them for. Sold them all for just over $20,000. And I’ve been in the part supply and procurement business ever since. That’s what it takes. That’s called ‘being lucky’. 😉 Back to today… One of my larger customers put in a more than usual amount of orders this week. What does this mean? Means I’ll be home tonight around 7 pm. *Gf is sleeping overnight at the hospital for work so these are the days where I really lock in. 🎯 Will come home, eat. Do a quick 30 min workout. Shower. And get back on the computer at around 8:30 pm until about 11 pm or so. This is a normal day in the life for me when my gf is working (so 3-4 days a week). Been doing this for years. Will I burn out? Nah. I’m built different. Refugee baby. 😂 This shit is nothing. I have had my fair share of sleepless nights. ‘Panic attacks’ (I think?). The whole 9. Guess what? It made me stronger. Things don’t faze me anymore. When it comes to people burning out from business and work, make mental notes of examples in your life and community. 💡Learn from other people’s successes and failures! No need to make every mistake in your life, for you to learn, if there are already people that you know who have done it before you, learn from them. 💡The people that need to make mistakes to learn, will never beat someone who can live vicariously through others. Make mental notes. And navigate to safer waters. Pick the ones in your life who did it right, and learn from them. And more importantly, pick the ones who did it wrong aka burned out (failed marriage, heart attacks, family falling apart due to stress, work, money, etc) and learn from them too! Every person. Every step. Every turn. You can learn from. The real world is the OG Internet. Learn to use it wisely. 💪🏼🧠🫡 P.S. as always, here is some proof and transparency. I call a spade a spade. ♠️ You’ll never see a lie, glorification or some social media BS on this account. I got receipts for everything I post. 🧾 ~$60k in gross sales for parts YTD so far. $168k YTD gross sales for the biz alone (no RE or other sources of income). 1 guy + 1 VA + subs. Anyone can do it, just depends on how bad you want it! 😤💸

You can start selling a course now and I’m sure a lot of people would benefit from it. Don’t hate on the course sellers, hate on those who sell stuff but can’t show receipts for what they have achieved themselves. Everyone needs a mentor at some point In Their life Johnny and nothing wrong with that

Saul is an Amazon guru so if he talking about side hustle selling on Amazon don’t do it. You are going get crush and leave the business worst then you came in. Even if you started making money monthly in the starting phase. There a reason less seller are starting Amazon while more seller are leaving, not because it not profitable or it don’t work. It’s because you have to build a proper business for it to survive on Amazon, be careful what you follow from self help guru as they prey on the vulnerable at their darkest time. Just look at the stats they don’t lie💃🤺
Saul@SaulSellsStuff

Reminder for whomever needs to hear it: It’s okay if you don’t have dozens of hours to invest in learning AI coding. It’s okay if your side income generates you a few hundred dollars in profit. It’s okay to say this chapter of your life is dedicated to family and health. What you’re seeing online is glimpses into other people’s stories, decisions, and beliefs. Cool thing is nobody has the plan you must follow. They are just trying to figure it out themselves. To the side hustlers making an extra $20 a day, that’s amazing. To the parents or students slowly building their first AI tool or just talking to ChatGPT on the side, you’re doing something. I’ve been doing this online thing for 9 years to pay my bills. There are always people who will say if you aren’t fully invested, full time, hustling, systematizing, etc then you won’t “make it”. They are holding you up to their own standards of success. For 99% of the world an extra $500 a month is life changing. The only battle is with your own complacency. If you know you want more and choose to live a life that doesn’t align with your standards then you have work to do. If you know what you want in this chapter and are making decisions to make that happen then don’t let others derail your progress by making you feel small. Keep moving forward at whatever pace allows you to achieve the life you want to live.

@Sole_Republican @JeffSendsIt Let’s say you want to sell oral b , you ain’t beating Walmart with there pricing on sourcing this. Arbitrage stacking discounts can often outperform wholesale prices. At the end of the day if you run a business and do any of the models the only limiting factor is you

If I go into a retail store, build a relationship with the manager and have them order items for me in bulk, am I doing RA? What if i then don't need to go into the store anymore and just email my order over is that now OA? When, if ever, does it become WS? Of course it doesn't really matter but find it interesting bc all 3 sourcing methods can be so similar but many times WS is pitted against OA/RA.

@Sole_Republican I said this last year too, doing OA/RA means you’re constantly buying stuffs at the consumer level, which means your piece of the pie is mostly leftovers since everyone along the chain already took profits

Stop falling for the lies. For years, Amazon “gurus” or “consultants” whatever you want to call them have been pushing OA as the least resistant business to start if you're doing Amazon. In reality, wholesale is the same business model. However, you're no longer playing the game with two hands tied behind your back. You don’t need crazy funding. You don’t need a magic pill supplier. You just need to do what you were already going to do to start your OA business but change the way you are sourcing. Stop buying products that are 3–4 hands deep in the supply chain and start getting your products 1–2 hands deep in the supply chain. I have nothing to sell you. The best advice I can give you if you wanna succeed in Amazon is to stop taking advice from “gurus” or “consultants” who face no consequences if a bad business decision is made. You're just another student, and there will always be another after you. If you truly want to succeed, start following and listening to real business operators. People who face the full consequences when bad decisions are made.
Johnny N.@Sole_Republican

Ever post I see about OA is that finding leads is the hardest part, maybe start thinking it’s not the lead but the business model. I never seen a wholesale person complain about shortages of leads, but shortage of cash. Stop sabotaging your self, just because it can fit don’t mean you should do it.
