About italics (again) how do you think they should relate to roman? Do you think italics can be very different? What parameters should help them relate to roman? I’d like to think that italics can be very different from their roman cousin, but what are your thoughts?

You can only call your font a Grotesque if it is a little ugly, other wise it is just a “sparkling sans”
