@airindia Would have been great if you would have read the entire thread before responding. It’s not about the spot check. 8 am quite aware of that. It’s about the humiliating behaviour of your staff which you conveniently ignored. Now I understand where does it stem from.

Had the absolutely horrible experience with @airindia ground staff at Hyderabad yesterday while boarding for my flight to Delhi. This one female ground staff in her ego trip deliberately humiliated me in front of everyone.

What allows @airindia’s staff to lay down their frustration on other passengers? Is there any logical justification of this behaviour? A seriously disappointed customer. This is what @airindia’s standards have fallen onto? Shame!

At this point the male @airindia staff apologised for something he didn’t do & that female staff kept giving me dirty looks. My question to @airindia, is this how you treat your loyal customers? What did I do to deserve such a horrible humiliating experience.
