@SkyNews @cathynewman These loathsome creatures voted to kill babies in the birth canal and against an inquiry into muslim child rape gangs. They're sick.

Kim Leadbeater, the sister of Jo Cox, tells Sky's @cathynewman people are 'stoking the division' in society and using social media to do so. Ten years ago, Jo Cox MP was murdered by a neo-Nazi in her Batley and Spen constituency during the Brexit referendum campaign. 📺 Sky 501

BREAKING: The first arrest has now been made following the shocking events in Manchester. One of the women who repeatedly threw bottles of water at me during the event and allegedly encouraged others to attack me is now in police custody. But this is just the beginning. Police are also pursuing the Stand Up to Racism activists and the group of lads involved in the attack. Officers have told me this is one of the most high-profile cases they have dealt with in recent memory. Most importantly, they made it clear that the huge online backlash and public pressure forced this case into the spotlight and ensured it could not be ignored. Justice is finally being delivered. More updates to come.

@RashidSunook @Annoyed___Bored @nisafeminista i already agreed that i wish that were the case. male victims absolutely deserve more attention and support. but so do female victims. this shouldnt be an "us vs them" issue. but we also have to acknowledge the reality of the differences between these experiences to do so

Once again, even though women make up the majority of educators, male educators still commit 85% of sexual assaults.

@vyxper @Annoyed___Bored @nisafeminista Men receive most online abuse/threats just like offline. When men have the right to say, 'I've been raped', 'I demand parental opt-out', 'You can't have my money', 'I demand to know the child is mine' and 'I demand to be recognised as the child's father', you may have a point.

@RashidSunook @Annoyed___Bored @nisafeminista no, they get told that theyre rape meat, that their body only exists to be raped, that we need to go back to when women didn't have the right to say no, etc. i dont condone shaming any victim. but its baffling to me that yall do not see how wide the gap is here.

@vyxper @Annoyed___Bored @nisafeminista There is rarely proof of rape, which is why the credibility of witnesses is the overriding factor but that results in witness coaching and allowing the claimant to avoid scrutiny. We could do the same with false accusations.

@RashidSunook @Annoyed___Bored @nisafeminista again a lot of it has to do with the lack of evidence to prove whether or not it was false or not. there was clear, hard evidence with surveillance cameras in her case so it was easy to prove she was lying. theres rarely ever hard evidence like that in a majority of accusations

@RashidSunook @nisafeminista I offer you the history and information then links at your request. You give one link case, doesn’t counter what I’ve said and think that’s enough. Instead of diving further or taking action, you whine. Do you even care about victims ? Or just racking a score ?

@LedenUnor @nisafeminista ...because men don't see themselves as victims. They're encouraged not to by a society which uses them as cannon fodder. Whereas female victimhood is essential to acquire resources.

@RashidSunook @nisafeminista No, at no point have I stated that only females can be both the only victims and never the perpetrators. What I did do is offer you the history of how the issue of CSA, especially incestuous, was brought into the public sphere. Why didn’t men bother with it ?

POLICE CHIEFS FAILING WOMEN How many of our UK police forces quickly implemented the latest guidance from the NPCC that allows men to ask that a police woman strip search them? WRN conducted an FOI campaign to find out ⬇️ The NPCC guidance has been challenged by @SexMattersOrg at the High Court. 🧵1/
Sex Matters@SexMattersOrg

We were in the High Court today for the hearing in our judicial review against National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC) abusive searching guidance. This guidance permits a detainee to be strip-searched by an officer of the opposite sex on the basis that both the detainee and officer “consent” to this. We think this is unlawful. Under “PACE” – the main law governing police conduct – strip searches MUST be carried out by an officer of the same sex. This protects officers as well as detainees. Our argument is simple: PACE is the only lawful basis for police searching, and it doesn’t permit opposite-sex searches that go beyond outer wear. Opposite-sex searches are unsafe and unlawful treatment of vulnerable detainees. We also think the guidance is discrimination against and harassment of female officers. Judgment was reserved, meaning it will be handed down at a later date. 🚨 BREAKING: Daniel Rushby, aka "Ponytail" a known Stand Up to Racism activist has been arrested for his role in the vicious attack on 17-year-old activist Young Bob in Manchester. Footage shows Rushby grabbing, punching, helping restrain the teen, and stealing/busting his camera equipment during the June 15 incident on Market Street. Young Bob suffered bruises, cuts, and a suspected concussion. Attacking a minor is serious - charges could include assault, robbery, and more. I wonder if he will recieve the same kind of immediate harsh sentencing that the boys from the Southampton protest got.
