@RedLetterDaysUK charged an extra £35.99 for an experience. I understand some fee for them but when you pay £179.99 and get there and realise the actual cost of it would have been £144 if you’d just avoided the voucher. Why bother using them? I had no idea they added so much!

@QuickBooksUK your website is SO confusing - I tried to sign up as a self employed account and somehow signed up to ‘quick books online’ - when I tried to contact for help I was told the self employed quick books is different contact information?! It’s all the same website?!

@RayRayHopkins Hi Ray, If you have not applied for the 2024/25 academic year then you will not need to do anything. Once the applications open for the 2025/26 academic year you can apply for your next module. Thanks, Drew

@SF_England I have tried to call and it says it’s too busy and no option to wait. There’s also no live chat option on the website - so how do I contact someone?!

@SF_England I think it would have been Oct 24 but I never applied because I knew I would need to study break. Study break finishes July 2025 so next module would start Oct 2025

@SF_England I’m completing a part time course with Open Uni - I have done three modules and have been approved a study break for this year. I want to know if I have to let SFE know or whether I don’t need to as I haven’t applied for the next module anyway
