You think Arteta doesn’t find ways to keep his big players happy? You think Saka playing nonsense for 6 months and counting, yet, he can’t just bench him.
There are lots of things that happens BTS we’re not aware of. The joke is on you if you think you don’t have to do anything to keep the group happy. They call them MANAGERS and not COACHES for a reason. You manage things beyond the pitch.
Arteta is also managing a group with little or no experience, they’ve literally grown together. What have they won? What big player is there?
Plus, one of the first big players Arteta managed, Auba and Ozil for instance, they had issues…but the management has backed him from start, hence, he can decide to leave players out and no questions will be asked, it’s not like they were winning anything.
