1) Life is unfair sometimes. 2) People get oppotunities because of who they know, where they went to school or because they just look good in a suit. 3) This isn't isolated to the US or the coaching profession. Do the best u can with what u got and keep knocking on doors.

You will know how simple your training is based on how well it can run when you aren’t there. Can athletes open the workout and know exactly what to do, how to set it up, and how to do it? Our sessions practically run themselves. Our athletes can coach each other. It’s cool.

Choice routes are the best thing you can teach a skill player. Teaches them to understand the game at a deeper level and become smarter players. And High School kids CAN do it. They are capable of anything you consistently work on with them.
