@SlafGoalZki @SlafCaufZukes @therealab224 I’m Hutson’s biggest fan, but reaching the 50 goal mark has always been one biggest accomplishments a player can achieve. The fact that only 2 players in the entire league reached it this year, only increases its value.
English

@SlafCaufZukes @therealab224 Hutson was 4 points off of being PPG as a 22 year old dman and by far had the biggest impact on team
English

Suzuki 5. Caufield 8. Hutson 15.
Three Habs in the top 15 for the Hart Trophy and to think Demidov is only 20 and Slaf is 22.
Special group of players.

Final voting totals for the 2025-26 Hart Trophy:
English

@EricEngels Do you vote on the Jack Adams? I’m curious of your choice there?? I have a hard time giving that trophy to a guy who has the Hart and Vézina winners at his disposal. Sure injuries come into play . They do with every coach.
English

@DArrm91 @bonnie1019_Habs There’s a lot of shit voting , and you’re right, Suzuki probably doesn’t deserve a vote over the big 3 . I didn’t care for Cooper winning the Jack Adams . I mean, give just about any coach the MVP and the Vézina winner and he should win a shit ton of hockey games.
English

@bonnie1019_Habs Like I said after those 3 sure but come on. Ekman Larsson had a 1st place vote for an award this week that I had the same reaction for. I forget which one. I think it was the Masterton or the Lady Byng
English

Kucherov wins the Hart trophy fir the first time since 2019 in a very close vote.
Can we finally take Craig Button's ballot away because pretty sure he's the biased fuck that gave Nick Suzuki the 1st place vote. See last year's voting

BREAKING: Nikita Kucherov has won the Hart Trophy, as the most valuable player to his team. Full voting table as selected by the PHWA. #GoBolts #NHLAwards

@FSAWinningHabit @TheHarriC You need to be strong down the middle to win a cup . It’s been the narrative since forever. Carolina has Staal as a 3C . If they win, he likely wins the Conn Smythe .

Canadiens should fix their blue line before chasing a second line centre #GoHabsGo #Canadiens

@Redbear341 I'm not only looking at the contrat I'm also looking at the fit. Hischier is left handed while Thomas is another right hand center like Suzuki and Hischier is a bit more of a goal scorer than Thomas who is a pure playmaker.
English

Ce serait quoi votre meilleur offre pour Nico Hischier (avec une prolongation de contrat de 10-11 millions)? Perso je serais prêt à donné Hage, Guhle, Kapanen, et 1 ou 2 choix de première ronde. #GoHabsGo

@JiCLajoie @jic_tvasports Hronek is terribly underrated in this poll . 49 points on a real bad team . Well over 100 hits and shot blocks .

QUESTION DU JOUR❓
Parmi les suivants, quel défenseur droitier souhaitez-vous voir débarquer chez le Canadien…? 🤔
1: Colton Parayko
2: Jacob Trouba
3: Filip Hronek
4: Autres, précisez

@MTLhockeynow I thought he would be until McCarron kinda set the market yesterday. I’d be ok with him getting a similar AAV , but not that term . Buyer beware on that shooting percentage. Before shooting 16.3% last year , his career best was 11.1%
English

Would upcoming UFA A.J. Greer be a good fit with the Habs?
While he's often referred to as a fourth-line player, his improved production last season came while playing in the top six.
Here's the low-down on Greer's potential impact with the #GoHabsGo:

@MinorMidgetGTHL @sportingnews @TheHockeyNews A couple other debatable Habs omissions. Robinson? Roy? It’s almost as if there’s an agenda here . Very tough team to pick I guess . Not an easy job
English

@sportingnews @TheHockeyNews No Guy Lafleur at RW is ridiculos
A massive oversigh.
Guy has
3 Pearson (Lindsay)
3 Art Ross
2 Hart
1 Conn Smythe
Selanne (a great talent) but can't hold a candle to Lafleur.
Guy may be a Top 15 player of all time, Selanne not in Top 25.

#GoHabsGo Off-season Poll Day 4
What do you think about trying Ivan Demidov at centre?
Option 1: Absolutely! He would make a great centre.
Option 2: No way, don’t screw with his development.
Option 3: Try it and see how it goes.
Option 4: Try it IF we can’t get him a 2C
English

@gallymeroreboot I voted good deal , but I’d rather up the ante and see what it would take to get Filip Hronek out of there.
English

@Joe_McCoy12 @GarryMarr @MKriegbaumJr With Nick Suzuki in Montreal for the next 8+years , nobody cares if he’s a 1C. We’re good . I see a lot of Hage talk in this fanbase, and I have yet to see 5 people mention him as a 1C .
English

@Redbear341 @GarryMarr @MKriegbaumJr On his D+2 season tho after averaging a point a game S+1
His assist total increased that’s it.
I’m just sign everyone talks like he’s a bonafide 1C
English

@GarryMarr @MKriegbaumJr @Joe_McCoy12 It’s ok for a fanbase to be excited about a prospect. It happens all the time. Especially one who had 52 points in college and led the World Juniors in points .
English

@Chris_LGR2024 @BaldPanarin Here’s an idea then, you keep your 33 year old 3C and we’ll keep our 20 year old 3C and everybody can jizz . If all they were looking for was a 16 goal / 50 point 2C , they’d just use Newhook there .
English

@BaldPanarin Trochek and Habs, they are jizzing over the potential of hage to wind up being a 3c.
English

@LeafsLose1967 @NotLeafsNeedGod Habs fans have been told by Leaf fans for years that the Covid season didn’t count. So what is it? It either counts or it doesn’t??
English

What have the Habs won? Never seen a fanbase flex a PDO bender so much
NHL Watcher@NHL_Watcher
McDavid is watching Marner going - hmm, good things happen when you join an American team that knows how to build a winner Let's be honest, outside of the Habs, Canadian teams are clueless and going nowhere. And Habs only figured it out once Gorton and Hughes entered the picture
