#Patriots HC Mike Vrabel on TreVeyon Henderson’s controversial post: “I love TreVeyon… He cares deeply about his faith… I want them to be able to express what they believe… But, I also wanna make sure that they’re educated. We want to be inclusive.” (🎥 @Patriots)

Want your blood to boil? The average private sector American has 10-14 paid vacation days per year if they’re lucky. Members of Congress have 98-105 vacation days per year paid for by private sector Americans. Totally unacceptable. It needs to change.

I confess, I have had a very difficult time being excited about the future since my son Samuel passed away last year. I am typically an extremely ambitious, excited, dreamer of an individual, but the world has been so gray ever since. This is not right. We have heaven to look forward to. Christ is still on the throne, and as understandable as my condition is, it's not healthy for myself, or anyone around me. I repent for my lack of hope. My lack of gratitude for all that God has blessed me with. I pray, and ask for your prayers that I would be quickened by the spirit of the living God with energy and power to carry out the mission which He has set before me. I pray that a spirit-led heart posture of gratitude for all that God has blessed me with, including the blessed hope of seeing my son again, which is only found through faith in Christ, will bring this dead man back to life again. I love you all. I've got a real good feelin' Sola Deo Gloria.

@Alan_Couzens my workout routine is very short (2x a week, 90 min a session)...so my fitness cost is dieting or discipline as this is required daily

There’s a cost to everything. For fitness, the cost is time. The sooner you accept that, the sooner you actually improve.

@CoachDJBrock as a masters runner, I highly benefited from feed the cats training. I came from 6x300s and if I knew cutting the volume in half with higher intensity would work, i would have returned to track sooner than later...

🚨HONESTLY🚨 Feed the Cats Long to short Short to long Conditioning Whatever y’all use… who cares 🤷🏿‍♂️ the debates will continue no matter. Choose your hill. Do you and be good at it. Regardless: Look at the ATHLETES in front of you and see what will work best for THEM!

My name is Chris and I’m an alcoholic. Today marks 15 days since I’ve drank. Yesterday was a rough day but I managed to survive. Thank you all for reaching out to me, it really means a lot. Sobriety has its challenges but they can be won over.
