The inauguration ceremony, themed “Strengthening Integrity and Accountability within the Service,” took place on Wednesday, 5th February, 2026, at the Auditorium, Technology Building, Service Headquarters, Abuja. 2. In her opening remarks and while declaring the ACTU Desk Officers inaugurated, the Comptroller-General of Immigration, KN Nandap, pcc, mmis, fsmn, fspsp, reaffirmed the Service’s zero-tolerance stance on corruption and misconduct. She stressed that all inaugurated desk officers must discharge their duties with the highest ethical standards, adding that the ACTU will serve as a vital mechanism for promoting transparency, preventing corruption, and reinforcing accountability across all Commands and Formations. 3.
