Malgré la pertinence du projet porté par Madagascar et notre attachement au succès de l’UA, je prends aujourd’hui acte, avec humilité, des résultats de ce 3e tour de l’élection à la présidence de la CUA, à la suite duquel ma candidature a été retirée faute de voix suffisantes.
