No. I watched him on the stand, and I watched him run out of a house like a little momma's boy. I watched him allow a child be ripped away from their mother, as he turned her friends against her because she wanted him to be a father, not a babysitter. He concocted a plan, had to do a pro-se hearing because he knew he would be embarrassed, and went through with his pussy boy plan. FYI, there's nothing you'll EVER say that will change my mind. I'm not open minded regarding this subject. I've been through something similar, which lasted for 4.5 years. I know exactly the type of person Jason is. It's remarkable that all these cops showed up to watch Kelsey Fitzsimmons get acquitted. They all look like dopes and are emblematic of the problem - when a cop like Noonan lies, they will stand behind that lie. This is the biggest no brainer case of all time. Karen Read was a no brainer but there was still 10-15% of people in most polls who thought she was guilty. Polls I've seen on @LawyerYouKnow and @defense_diaries show that 3-4% of people think KF is guilty.

Those cops know damn well that Noonan is lying. They know that the idea that Kelsey really thought she was gonna shoot her way thru multiple cops so she could kill her fiancé is fucking ridiculous. Apparently they also think that Kelsey is psychic cuz somehow she knew that the cops were going to break protocol and bring Justin to her house so that’s why she lied to them about where her guns were well before Justin showed up. I just hope Noonan knows that while his buddies are supporting him to his face the second he leaves the room they all are exchanging looks that say “Yeah he’s full of shit. He panicked and shot that girl. But he’s been thru a lot throughout his career so we’ll cut him some slack and just try our damndest to not ever end up in a life and death situation with him cuz he’s a risk.”

It was a no win situation for all. It was truly the perfect storm. My bad to Officer Noonan for judging him unfairly. 💥I think Officer Noonan is just a genuine tough guy, who couldn’t properly explain his emotional state at that moment, because he has to stuff it down to do the jobs he’s done. 💥He’s a veteran, a 20+ year cop, and SWAT, so his emotions will never show like everyone else’s.
