@alexlindsay @FedEx That just happened to me. I did call and talked to a live person who re-routed it - however, now I have a camera and I get pinged when someone is on my porch

I need a door camera just to know when @FedEx is coming. They don't knock or ring the doorbell for a signature. I just get a doortag that no one was there. Then the automated solution says I can't pick it up and can't talk to anyone. After 30 years...gonna move to UPS.
