@ClintFiore I can confirm , I’m in northern Denver suburb and it is nuts. We get ran off the sidewalk regularly. No helmets, no regard for pedestrians or vehicles. No one questions it and I can’t understand why. I’m mostly concerned for their safety since they are small children.

My bro in suburban Denver says there's an absolute "plague" of kids on e-bikes and e-dirtbikes bombing around the streets and neighborhoods at high speeds. 7-14 year old boys equipped with capabilities they're not mature enough to handle safely, drive like banshees through yards and intersections and golf courses etc. I don't see too many of those here in small town TX and when I do they don't seem to be terrorizing anyone. Curious if this is happening where you live or not. Is this a big deal?

I’ve used it recreationally for 20 years. Took a 10 year break to start my family. Was just recently blessed with some - and a 1/4 dose was much much stronger than I had anticipated 😅. I realized my introversion wasn't a defect to medicate. It was a trait I could leverage. The science backs this up. A meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials found that a single dose of LSD was associated with decreased alcohol misuse across multiple treatment programs. The mechanism isn't mysterious: psychedelics create neural plasticity and dendritic growth that interrupt rigid behavioral patterns. Alcohol reinforces those patterns. Psychedelics dissolve them. I noticed a deeper shift, one that I can best call psychospiritual. Microdosing helped me confront something I'd been avoiding for years: the fear that if people saw the real me, they wouldn't want to stick around. That's the root of most social anxiety (and no amount of IPA was ever going to resolve it). I still enjoy a glass of wine now and then. But the surrounding compulsion is gone. Alcohol is a $1.5 trillion global industry built on the promise of social lubrication. A tab of LSD costs $10 and does it better, with none of the toxicity. It’s not just birthdays, it’s all of the holidays that seem superficial. I’m lucky enough to be married to a woman who is like me and doesn’t see the need to celebrate days like valentines days or shower each other with gifts on Christmas or our birthdays. It’s too much stress that we would both prefer to refocus on other things like a nice vacation together, regular nights out for dinner etc.
