I didn’t know those were considered indicators, after doing some research, I can understand the crouch and launch perspective.. I don’t necessarily agree with that being what happened, but I disagree with calls all the time. I do think the rules are trying to get defensive players hurt though. If Thomas was running at full speed to make the tackle and just stops he is going to get ran tf over by another player going at full speed. So many rules in this game favor the offense it’s kind of crazy.

This is definitely rage bait and it got me. Apparently you can’t hit with your helmet or with your shoulder pads now against a receiver carrying the ball moving forward. Do they want all players to arm tackle now? Since Pop Warner you are taught to never arm tackle but that is all that is left.
