Its been referred to the AFP as the AEC hasn't the powers if a false declaration is made. #ausvotes

the AEC says it has referred former One Nation senator Rod Culleton to federal police - claiming "he may have made a false declaration as part of his nomination process" for the Senate by declaring "that he was not an undischarged bankrupt or insolvent"

The Former Senator-in-Exile returns! This can only go well. Please note, while I am fully supportive of amendments to s44(i),(iv)&(v), I am completely fine with retaining s44(ii)&(iii), maybe even just to keep foiling Rod Culleton.

It appears the self-described "senator in exile" has decided to again lie and fib his way back onto the ballot. The AEC also referred him to the AFP in 2019: abc.net.au/news/2019-04-2… Looking forward to putting this clown and his odious party dead last when I cast my senate vote
