Holyrood isn't in recess. Parliament is sitting. Yet MSPs from multiple parties are disappearing off to the World Cup. Taxpayers pay them £74k+ a year to represent constituents, not join the Tartan Army on a midweek jolly.

@GeorgeFoulkes Westminster should suspended the Scottish Parliament pending an extensive review into the operation of the SNP governing party.

Holyrood is a Parliament whose powers are devolved from Westminster and can be amended or even withdrawn by the UK Parliament. If the SNP continue to act irresponsibly and illegally on financial matters then that is something that should be considered.
