Let's be brutally honest, the DRC is a shit-hole governed by thieves & criminals. What the DR Govt has done to $AVZ is nothing short of disgraceful (I'm being polite). One minute they issue a decree to issue AVZ with a mining licence only to reverse the decision a few days later. You couldn't make this shit up. Meanwhile, Zijing, who has never spent a cent drilling to prove the Li resource is issued with a ML no questions asked. Should we be surprised? How many billions of Felix's wealth has been frozen? Money stolen from the people, one of the poorest in the world. DRC's annual per capita income is equivalent to a week's pay for an Australian pensioner & yet those at the top are bleeding the country dry for personal gain.

@Roon_aus @TBstockinvestor @MaxNdayizeye For reference the Greenbush mine in WA Australia has lithium and tin (similar tin grade). It used to produce tin and now does not… despite the tin price… it is NOT easy to capture successfully.

@Roon_aus @TBstockinvestor @MaxNdayizeye It better be a lithium mine…If it’s not a lithium mine it’s nothing. Prob is when you focus your processing on another mineral (grind size etc) you tend to loose more of the tin. But of course they may catch some.

Nobody knows who they are or what they are about, beyond current investors and those who happen to hear things by chance. Widened awareness activities are needed

Imo, with news flow, the significance of this acquisition will soon sink in & gain traction in the new year. 😉👌

Some people need to manage their expectations, it's not going to end the way you hope it will. We will probably get a payout but nothing like fair value

There are multiple companies interested in $avz therefore the potential of the project, how important the resource will be in the future and the risk of missing out are key metrics to evaluate the value for the offer.

$AVZ: Hello @lotiongang1. Hope you've been well. At this time, @KoBold_Metals has *not* made a formal offer to @AvzMinerals to drop it's claims over Roche Dure. That said, per Australian securities law, once Kobold does make an offer AVZ is legally obligated to both inform shareholders an offer has been made, accept or reject it, and inform shareholders of its decision. That means when an offer is made you and all of us will know and also know the offer price.

@BSeanie @KoBold_Metals Also the frame work agreement signed with KoBold soon must come to an end (6 months) now and If I drafted that agreement it would only be valid for such a period or similar and not say 12 months $AVZ

$AVZ: I have been clear on my views re: resolving this situation since I first tweeted about it over a year and half ago: I seek an amicable resolution to this investment dispute that ensures all parties - but particularly the Congolese people and AVZ retail - are made whole and where everybody wins. While I recognize and respect many in AVZ retail feel differently, the offer by @KoBold_Metals to AVZ would be a win for everybody. It is also the only one that @Presidence_RDC & @realDonaldTrump will accept. I hope my position here is clear. #DRC #CriticalMinerals #Manono

@AugustCohen4 This is commercial blackmail. So much for US entities acting with ethics! Kobold's ethical guidelines outlined in its charter are clearly meaningless. If they can't present a commercially acceptable offer they shouldn't be able to block other US entities. That's almost criminal
