@AlaskaAir why are you cancelling flights 20 hours ahead of time. This is unacceptable as you have plenty of time to get a plane and Crew to SNA by tomorrow. #

You claim it is due to weather but you don't cancel all you flights. I feel like this is a common action by @alaska. I will say that Kristie in SNA tried everything to get us home but no luck.

@ATT you need to seriously fix your data issues in the Snoqualmie Valley. Even with 3 bars I can't load a web page. Spending 30-45 walking through this with your help desk that has no understanding of how network work is infuriating
