@YourOnlyOne7 @running_dan_w Good idea. That is what we plan to do! We’ve already integrated with Apple health on the iOS side.

@RunAnEmpire @running_dan_w Are you saying apps which were already registered are the only ones that can keep using #Strava, like #RunAnEmpire? If so, then why not integrate with #GoogleFit? Strava is still sync'ing to Google Fit. You can then use it to sync to Stride.

Version 1.9 of Stride is now live on Android and iOS. It includes @Garmin Connect integration so you can capture land without taking your phone.

Thanks for the great response to Stride - it's exciting to see so many of you getting set up and capturing territory. We're working on loads of features this week, including Garmin Connect integration. If you haven't downloaded yet, app store links in the thread.

@RunAnEmpire When is the Garmin Connect integration coming? Can I manually submit a fit file or similar rather than having to take my phone with me.

@running_dan_w Hi Dan - unfortunately Strava are no longer supporting 3rd party apps so we had to remove the integration at the last minute. We're now working with Garmin though and should have an integration in the next couple of weeks - you'll find it in the profile once v1.8 is out.

@RunAnEmpire Really keen to try this as RAE got far too complicated snd convoluted. One question: where/how do I connect my running device/app, like in RAE? I can't see a way to do it and I won't be taking my phone with me.

@_Grzechu_ Hi Grzegorz, it looks like sign-up failed due to FB not returning an email address. This normally happens when you signed up to FB with number. Sorry about that - we'll have a fix in the coming days, but in the meantime try either sign-up via email, or adding an email to FB.
