Garlanding and celebrating criminals is nothing new for BJP. We saw it with Bilkis Bano’s rapists, saw protests in support of Kuldeep Sengar etc. So it’s natural @BJP4Bengal will do the same for a hardened criminal like Rakesh Singh, so much so that ECI didnt even oppose his bail so that he can contest from Kolkata Port seat. Never forget, he is the SAME Rakesh Singh who was responsible for vandalising Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar’s bust in Kolkata. There is no doubt he will lose but as Bengalis it is solely our responsibility to make sure he never sets foot outside jail again thereafter!
