@northernassist The next Grand Central is a wait of over two hours. A very helpful team member of yours called Martin is helping me and is having to speak to LNER to get my on an alternative train via Leeds. These delayed connections are a nightmare for those who don’t live in the cities.

@northernassist And why was that running late? I have now missed my connection and I am on a grand central train from Halifax so this is causing a mountain of issues, having to now negotiate to see if I can use another train company
