Este o prostie să iei permisul unui om pentru neplata unei amenzi! 🚫 Îi lovești veniturile, îi diminuezi consumul și tai încasările statului! Denunț proiectul de lege prin care Guvernul vrea să suspende permisul de conducere pentru neplata amenzilor contravenționale. Această inițiativă afectează în realitate bugetul de stat, într-un stat care pretinde că vrea creștere economică. 📉 Numai un Guvern rupt de realitate poate crede că dacă iei permisul unui om, el va plăti mai repede o amendă. În realitate, îi îngreunezi posibilitatea de a merge la locul de muncă, de a merge la cumpărături, de a ieși în oraș, de a alimenta mașina, de a pleca în concediu. Toate aceste activități generează bani pentru stat. Îi iei permisul, îi iei și banii din buzunar, dar și banii pe care statul i-ar fi încasat din TVA, accize și impozite. ‼️Consider că această măsură este ilegală, neconstituțională și contrară practicilor europene. Este o formă mascată de executare silită prin restrângerea drepturilor fundamentale ale cetățenilor. Potrivit OG nr. 2/2001, amenzile neplătite se recuperează prin procedurile fiscale, nu prin amputarea libertății de circulație. Guvernul nu știe să își recupereze amenzile prin metode legale și eficiente, dar știe să inventeze sancțiuni absurde. În loc să pedepsească oamenii pentru o datorie, să își pedepsească propria incompetență! Partidul Oamenilor Tineri cere eliminarea imediată a acestei prevederi din proiectul de lege. Vom iniția demersuri parlamentare și juridice pentru a împiedica adoptarea acestei aberații legislative. ⚠️

The EU managed to push through this massive electoral fraud, led by Macron's France, Moldova, and, of course, the Romanian state: It seems we were too naive to think they would allow the people of Romania to have free elections, too much was at stake for them. Today, we have experienced how a regime like Romania can rig an entire election with external help from foreign actors such as France, Moldova, and the EU and get away with it. All of this happened within the EU, which claims to uphold values like "democracy," yet demonstrably, with dozens of documented acts of voter fraud, backed and supported a regime that, through the manipulation of mass media, abuse of governmental institutions, and electoral fraud, rigged the outcome of a presidential election. We know, of course, that every documented act of fraud committed by our government, France, or Moldova will be ignored by any court, national or international. This comes months after an entire election was canceled because of alleged Russian interference, and yet to this day, not a single piece of evidence has been provided by the authorities to substantiate that claim. We did what we could, we had the entire corrupt system in Romania against us, but you can only do so much against a system that works against its own people. We won't give up. God bless Romania 🇷🇴
