I guess I hit a sore spot here with Dr. Shawn. Let me be clear. He has an amazing physique and have clearly worked hard in the gym and done many things the right way. He’s exceptional for his age. I have coached, trained and mentored more guys than I can count over the last thirty years in performance enhancement. I’ve not once encountered someone his age who looks like this and didn’t have a little help, and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. In fact, I think most men would benefit from some HRT. To me testing is meaningless. Anyone can easily pass testing for PEDs. Especially a doctor in the know. Athletes evade testing all the time. So testing would be a pointless exercise. Trust me, I know this first hand. If he truly is natty, he’s a one of a kind. No one else like him on the planet. Take that as a compliment. All the respect.

@paulb3rd IMO, a true natty would take gear accusations as a complement instead of getting defensive. The ones that get super defensive about it are almost always enhanced.
Being enhanced is fine, no need to get mad about it 🙃

Fairly reliably about once a year or so, some Beta male starts accusing me of being on steroids or TRT, because they couldn’t achieve what I do without it I’ll make the same proposal that I always do (and the Betas always pussy out) Find an independent lab near me to test me for TRT or steroids and pay for the tests and I’ll gladly take them I’m in Snohomish Washington and feeling pretty pretty beastly these days Your move, Pauly-what’s it gonna be You gonna just run your mouth or are you gonna step up?

A new short thesis on $NBIS has been released. According to the author, even Elon Musk liked it.
The thesis argues that $NBIS CEO Arkady Volozh, being a Jewish Russian, poses a threat to society as hew grew up in Russia.
It also claims that splitting Yandex, starting over in the Netherlands in exile, and distancing himself from Putin are not sufficient enough.
RM is not taking this short thesis seriously.
