Psst. You there. Yes you. Is your inbox running you? We're building something new. Quietly. Not public. Faster. Smarter. Almost unfair, really. A few people are getting early access. If you know, you know. Comment or DM to be one of the first to try it.

@SamAdriaens I said I was wasting time on logistical or infrastructural parts of writing, which are necessary but don't add value. If anything, being able to focus my time on the parts that do add value serves my readers much better

So this was pretty controversial... Here's my thoughts: 1. Most comments seem to come from a basic misunderstanding that "drafting" = "writing" There's a LOT of work needed to bring a rough draft to polished completion, and most of the work is actually editing for that reason. I'm saving maybe 30-40% of the total time required to write these pieces, which allows me to concentrate my attention on the editing that adds more value 2. So far I've only used this AI-assisted writing system for what I consider my lowest value, least important articles I.e. summaries of books or papers, distilling takeaways from courses or conferences, or fleshing out research for my books or other long-form articles. These are pieces I would have never found the time to write myself, so it's not "replacing" my writing in any sense Over time I hope that AI gets better at writing and takes over other kinds of writing too, so I can always concentrate my time on the highest-order, most novel or valuable ideas, not the scaffolding needed to support them 3. It's better to be open and transparent about how we use AI in writing, rather than hide it In my private conversations, virtually every writer I know is using AI in some way, at some stage of the writing process. But mostly they are afraid to disclose it, and these comments explain why I'd much rather run a series of open experiments that compare and contrast human vs. AI writing, so we can arrive at a hybrid that combines the best of both. I think that new synthesis is key to making writing more sustainable and lucrative for writers, and more impactful and accessible for readers It's currently not good enough, but soon I think it will be, and I'd like to be informed and capable of leveraging it once it arrives at that point 4. More philosophically, I'm opposed to the parochial, precious pearl clutching on display when ppl have a knee-jerk negative reaction to using AI in creative work Some writing is for the purpose of pure, unfiltered human self-expression, but certainly not all or even most of it I've accomplished every goal I have for my writing, and developed my writing craft as far as I want to. So from here on out, my interest is in making it more useful and accurate, more accessible and customized, more direct and succinct I view writing as a problem-solving tool primarily, and there are SO many problems we're not going to be able to solve if we treat it as this artisanal mystery, and put it on a pedestal no technology is allowed to approach As a bonus, I enjoy tearing down the conception people have of me, my work, writing and creativity in general, as usually behind every sacred cow is a more honest outlook that doesn't treat humans as the center of the universe, which we're not

After writing 500 blog posts and 11 books, I discovered I was wasting time on the wrong parts of writing Now, Claude drafts 90% of my content in my exact voice and style—saving me 4-6 hours per piece In Part 1 of this new YouTube series, I introduce my AI writing system and show you what's possible: - Live demonstration: Creating a 3,000-word essay in 15 minutes - The exact results you can expect (90-95% ready to publish) - Why 50% of writing doesn't need your direct attention - 3 powerful use cases for professionals and business owners - A glimpse at my 21,000-word style guide Whether you're building thought leadership, creating content marketing, or documenting your expertise... This system multiplies your intellectual output without sacrificing your unique voice

I'm not interested in content that WASN'T created with AI The most powerful creative force in human history arrived on the scene and you just...did everything exactly as before??!! And decided you're morally superior because of it? What a tragic failure of imagination

I grew Superhuman's waitlist from zero to over half a million people. Spicy take: Waitlists are annoying. There's only one reason to have a waitlist: when there's a supply constraint stopping you from serving more customers. They're a "second best". Never a global optimum. And yeah, when you have a waitlist, there are many ways to make it fun, alluring, cool, hypey. But it's too easy for a waitlist to become an entity unto itself. A beast that needs feeding. A tail wagging the dog. If you have a waitlist, your top priority should be getting rid of the supply constraint. That's it. Then killing the waitlist. For a full break-down of why, how, and how not to run a waitlist, plus 3 case studies from Superhuman, OpenAI, and Superpower, read my latest essay. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗪𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 ≠ 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵) — substack.gauravvohra.com/p/the-waitlist… On this note, I'm pleased that @Superpower killed their waitlist — and is officially out of beta. Congratulations to the team! No one should dream of having even more emails in their inbox. And yet…somehow Andrew and Jason actually do? Why is that? These co-founders set off to completely rethink a tool that hasn’t really changed since it’s invention. You have (1) Unread: notion.com/blog/qa-with-n…

@NotionMail In this era you can’t send a email (desktop app) in to the world without a mobile app. Your app is great, but this isn’t really productive. Also we don’t see a roadmap, I’m stuck on the same beta from 2 months ago 🥺

Donald Trump has likely faced over 4,000 lawsuits in his career. A 2016 USA TODAY investigation documented 3,500 lawsuits, spanning business, real estate, and personal disputes. Since then, high-profile cases, including defamation suits like E. Jean Carroll’s and criminal indictments, have added to the total. Exact numbers for 2025 are unclear due to ongoing legal activity. Lawsuits include both those he initiated and those against him, with significant cases shaping his public image.

Anyone else having an issue with @NotionMail and the signature portion? My signature has not changed since the last update, but it is making the logo and other pieces kinda wild regarding formatting! #SendHelp
