Hi @TGSRTCHQ , My ticket number is 91309136. I am frequent traveller in SRVC 7602. Yesterday while I am making reservation. I am unable to find JBS as dropping point. Its only showing Medhipatnam and due to this I paid extra till Medhipatnam. I request you to resolve the issue.

Reserved passengers of this bus transported in another bus except you from Suchitra poin. On raising complaint ticket amount Will be refunded please

@TSRTCHQ I am travelling in TS16Z0156 from JBS to NZB tkt no: 23001429. I am very surprised to see the cleanliness in the bus. This is more or less than a dustbin inside. Why cant the staff take 5 min to clean the bus before coming to the platform. @DMNZB1TSRTC

@RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial @south_railway I am S Pranav Swaroop (PNR: 4557414794) Travelling in 07335 From UBL To SC on 13Mar2023. This train is running under the name of special fare and not even providing the Lenin in AC Coach. There is no proper coach attendant in the coach.

I am a person with HyperVentilation without bedsheet I am unable to travel I am feeling suffocated. I need a bedsheet.

TSRTC is charging 15 as passenger amenity , But these guys are not providing a water bottle . If TSRTC is not willing to provide a water bottle in this current situation then they should not change this. @TSRTCHQ @tsrtc
